My approach to therapy is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, supportive environment where we can collaborate on your healing and goals. I take a humanistic, client-centered, solution focused, strength based approach when working with clients. Understanding that each client is unique and has unique experiences, I pull from several therapeutic modalities when considering how best to support each client I work with. I believe you are the expert on your life. I am hear to help support you through your journey and empower you to cultivate your own growth and healing.
