Therapist | LMHC

Fostering a supportive environment where you can fully be yourself exploring your emotions at your own pace. Warm, genuine, and understanding are three words that I would use to describe my counseling style and I take a person-centered approach with the goal of empowering clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

I believe that caring for your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. If you would not neglect your physical health, it is in my opinion that you should also seek guidance from a mental health professional when struggling with difficult life situations, mental health challenges, and life stressors impacting your mental health .

My approach is warm, client-centered, collaborative and solution-focused. I utilize various types of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
