Therapy is a collaborative safe space to discover and navigate your authentic self without judgment. With a background in sport and performance psychology, I offer a humanistic, or whole-person approach. There are many unique aspects that contribute to who a person is aside from their identity as an athlete, performer, or even CEO, and I believe it is important to consider each special part of one person in my approach.
My Professional Background
I received my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, and Masters degree in Sport and Performance Psychology. I am also currently enrolled in a second Masters program in Counseling Psychology, in order to obtain my license as an MFT and LPC. Upon graduation of my masters in Sport & Performance Psychology, I worked as a mental performance coach for athletes, specifically in baseball and Crossfit, as well as had experience coaching other populations such as first responders, business professionals, dancers, and military. I also have experience volunteering for the Crisis Text Line, supporting texters in many crisis.
