Therapist | LMHC

I use an integrative approach looking at the person as a whole-not just the emotional aspect. People are complex and our problems cannot always be compartmentalized or fit into a box. The main modalities I use and find to be successful are CBT, mindful based CBT, and solution focused therapies. Whether it is a life transition or an ongoing problem, we will work through it together in a safe space with a personalized approach.

My Professional Background

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and have many years experience working with adults of all ages from all walks of life. I have worked in inpatient settings, medical/psychiatric dual units, primary care offices, and managed care organizations.

Education, Training, and Certifications

  • Bachelors of Science in Psychology and Human Services Counseling from Wayne State College
  • Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, National Certified Counselor (NCC)

Fun Facts

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, children, and dog. We love the beach, projects at home, trying new restaurants, exercising, and being outdoors.
