The healing journey can be tough, lonely, and confusing. It takes courage to face complex mental health issues, even with hesitation. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or a major life transition. Whatever you face, you deserve a safe, judgment-free space to explore openly. Here, you’ll find warmth and openness to process your feelings without fear, uncover root causes, and begin healing. Together, we’ll work toward goals like easing anxiety, lifting depression, improving relationships, and building confidence as you move forward. We’ll find balance, fulfillment, and empowerment in your daily life.

I use an eclectic approach, tailoring various therapeutic styles to fit your unique needs. From cognitive-behavioral techniques for anxiety, mindfulness for grounding, or interpersonal methods for relationship support, I’m here to offer personalized care. Together, we’ll create a compassionate space where you feel understood, valued, and empowered to grow. My goals as a therapist are to improve your self-understanding and to empower you to take steps toward change, growth, and resiliency. I congratulate you for taking your first step in asking for help, and I look forward to working with you!
