Therapy is a safe space for you to explore and be heard. During our time together my role is to help foster a safe space and meet you where you feel your needs are. Together we can discuss the stressors which have you reaching out for therapy. I am a clinical social worker using an eclectic approach which includes cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy and solution focus, as well as others. Together we can explore your struggles in a safe environment, free of judgement. In our sessions you will be heard, and we will address the issues you have identified.

I am active with a local animal rescue where I foster animals in my home and help with adoption events. As I enjoy interacting with others. Being able help these furbabies during their time of need can be so fulfilling. I also make sure to dedicate time to spend with friends and family, allowing our connections to remain strong. For myself warmer seasons are my favorite time of year where I thoroughly enjoy being outdoors. During this time of the year I can often be found camping, exploring new areas and just enjoying the good weather.
