Therapist | LCSW

Therapy offers a safe, non-judgmental space that allows you to be vulnerable in ways you may not have previously known. It can help instill hope for the future, make amends with the past, and bring forth a sense of acceptance & peace for the here-and-now. It opens the door to new perspectives, new ways of being, and ultimately becoming your authentic self. I believe therapy has the potential to transform you right down to your very core. This transformation may happen in different ways and will look different for each individual, but it will be uniquely yours.

I take on a holistic approach with my clients, emphasizing the mind-body-spirit connection. I believe awareness is the foundation for healing. Through a psychodynamic lens, I teach clients how to heal and consciously show up for themselves in a new way. Together we can unveil any physical, mental, and emotional patterns that may be keeping you from living a life of intention, compassion, and fulfillment.

My Professional Background

I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at the College of Brockport. I then went on to pursue and attain my Master’s Degree in Social Work at Nazareth College of Rochester and SUNY Brockport. I started out working with individuals with developmental disabilities, fostering their growth in independence and self-sufficiency. I then worked with the homeless population, taking on more of a case management role. Currently, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New York. I have spent the past 5+ years at a community outpatient mental health and substance use clinic treating a wide range of individuals with diverse backgrounds, ages, needs, and challenges.
