Therapist | LMHC

I believe breaking old patterns and advocating for a space that is uniquely designed for you is the bravest thing any person can do. I believe therapy is a unique experience for every individual, and finding a therapist who understands you and your goals can be what makes the healing process truly transformative. My approach is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and grounded in evidence- based practices. I integrate insight-oriented work with practical tools so you not only understand your patterns, but you shift them. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering- a space where you can be honest without judgement. Lastly, I bring warmth, curiosity, and safety to all my clients. I will always meet you with empathy, and together we’ll work toward learning practical coping strategies and deeper self-understanding so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Professional Background

I am a licensed therapist with experience in working with individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, career uncertainty, relationship challenges, early childhood trauma, and recovering from narcissistic abuse. My background includes supporting clients through periods of high stress, identity shifts, and feelings of being “stuck.” I have been working with a range of different clients for over 3 years now. I have ran groups focusing on empowering women, helping Afghan refugees adjust to life after trauma and war, as well as helping people navigate their anxiety symptoms. Clients often describe our work as thoughtful, steady, and goal-oriented. Together, we focus on helping you build clarity, emotional resilience, and confidence in your decisions.

Education, Training, and Certifications

  • Bachelors of Science in Psychology from CUNY Brooklyn College
  • Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from NYU

Fun Facts

For the past three years aside from being a therapist, I am also a makeup artist. I really enjoy doing makeup since I was a kid because it allowed me to dive in to my creative side. I like nature walks and going to the beach. I grew up in NYC so trying new food spots and going to new cafe’s are a must and very much apart of the NYC culture. I am an equestrian at heart and deep down wish I was a horse, but being a human isn’t too bad.
