In my own approach to therapy, I strive to create a compassionate and welcoming space where clients feel truly seen and understood. I bring warmth and empathy into each session while also offering practical tools that clients can apply in their daily lives. My goal is to balance emotional support with effective strategies, helping clients gain both comfort and concrete steps forward in their healing and growth.
My Professional Background
In my professional practice, I work with children, teens, couples, adults, and families, tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client. My background includes several years of experience in a non-profit adoption and foster care agency, which has deepened my understanding of trauma, attachment, and resilience. I bring compassion and warmth into my sessions, while also offering practical, evidence-based tools to support growth and healing. Whether working with individuals or families, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to navigate challenges and build stronger connections.

Fun Facts
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy finding balance through fun and relaxation. I love learning to laugh at life’s little moments, whether that’s watching my favorite TV shows or catching a few YouTube videos. I also enjoy going to the mall, seeing movies, or spending time at the beach. Fun activities like bowling or Topgolf help me recharge and connect with others. Along with these hobbies, I make time for prayer, which keeps me grounded and centered.
