There are times when a person feels emotionally “stuck” and feel there is no way to undo it. In being part of your support, we can aim to finding techniques to get you on pathway to finding your desired balance. My counseling style is non-judgmental, warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My technique combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and client centered counseling.

As your therapist, we will explore any factors that contribute to your current life sequences; while building upon your strengths, we will also identify the most effective intervention therapy modalities/coping skills to attain your personal therapeutic goals. Our dialog will be collaborative entailed to meet your unique and specific needs. Therapy is a process and it will take time; I am happy to be a support to you during your journey in gaining self-understanding and personal growth.

My Professional Background

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of New York and have 3+ years in the mental health field. I have worked with clients from adolescent to geriatric population, with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, life changes and LGBTQ support.

These experiences have allowed me to practice psychotherapy and develop a collaborative and tailored approach to help you develop the tools to live the life you want. I will work with you to be instrumental in your own healing and help you take ownership of your life.
