Therapist | LMFT

Therapy should be a therapeutic relationship and dynamic process to assist individuals achieved their desired goals. It is of absolute importance to me that we collaborate to develop a plan that will help you achieve your goals. I offer a space that empowers you to realize that you have within you the resources to overcome what comes your way.

My goal is to offer new perspectives, help you explore, and discover your own answers to your most pressing concerns. I enjoy providing unconditional support to my clients, which is reflective of my clinical training and commitment to understand my clients for who they are—their dreams, their fears, their beauty and uniqueness that makes them whole-beings.

I specialize in using heart-centered hypnotherapy, mindfulness, yoga, and meditative practices to address unwanted behaviors (eating disorders, sleeping difficulties, stress, etc.), depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, familial conflicts, and relationship and parenting challenges. I believe in using a holistic approach that addresses the mind and body connection to improve overall health.

My Professional Background

My experience includes working with families and individuals of all ages, from all walks of life over the past eleven years. This includes high risk, traumatized, and abused youth, as well as adults and families. I have worked with clients directly in the community, schools, and private settings.
