We offer online therapy and coaching sessions to keep you safe from COVID-19
We provide individual, couples, and family therapy or coaching. We periodically hold group workshops and more detail will be posted on the site in advance for event registration. In terms of therapy approaches, we offer a wide range of therapy techniques and styles based on the diverse training of each of our team members. We understand therapy is not a “one-size-fits-all” experience and we strive to make sure we meet our clients where they are at.
Yes! Online therapy and coaching are by far our most popular services. We understand people have busy schedules and making time for in-person session is not always convenient, so we offer online services to clients. We use a HIPAA-compliant virtual platform and will provide you with instructions on how to access your sessions and address any troubleshooting needs.
We see clients from all age ranges, and each therapist has specialized training in specific age groups to address the unique needs present with each life stage. We would be happy to set up a consultation and discuss your goals and determine goodness-of-fit together!
Your sessions will start with an initial consultation to understand your goals. This initial consultation takes approximately 15-30 minutes and is always free of charge. All following sessions are 50 minutes long.
Our fee for sessions can be discussed during the initial consultation. We are in-network for some insurance providers, and we are also happy to provide an invoice for you to submit a claim and seek reimbursement from your insurance company for an out-of-network provider. Payment via cash or credit/debit card is due at the time of session. We recommend looking into your benefits for outpatient psychotherapy beforehand to make sure you know what is covered by insurance or reimbursable.
We are more than happy to reschedule or cancel any sessions at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations within the 24-hour window will result in a fee.
Absolutely -- confidentiality of all client information is protected by state and federal laws. There are some limits to confidentiality in extreme cases when safety of the client or others is compromised. We can provide you with the details of these exceptions during your initial consultation or in an initial therapy session.
We are looking forward to meeting you! Please fill out our free consultation form below or give us a call at (858) 215-3885.
