Therapy is a collaborative experience. I aim to collaborate with you through a non-directive approach while being directive based on your need within your session. After years of providing behavioral management support in Applied Behavioral Analysis and Foster/Adopt agencies, I am rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy taking a holistic approach exploring how your thoughts, emotions and behaviors are impacting you. I utilize trauma informed modalities, expressive modalities, experiential modalities, systemic modalities and psychodynamic modalities such as: Attachment, Art Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, Internal Family Systems, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), the FLASH Technique. I tailor my approach to assist in supporting your unique experience.
