My therapeutic approach is supportive, warm, collaborative and solution-focused. My approach consists meeting an individual where they are and then a step by step process of helping an individual combat their challenges and improve their mental wellness. My goal is to provide a safe space by creating a non-judgmental environment with unconditional positive regard, acceptance, empathic listening and goal oriented treatment.
