Therapist | LMHC

I view therapy as a facilitation process to assist clients to attain emotional growth. I am an eclectic practitioner who will use different modalities to meet the client’s needs. These modalities are: Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT), based on personal strengths, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe cognitive bias about self and the world, Trauma Therapy to promote healing and empowerment, Motivational Interviewing to improve respect, and communication, , Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to resolve the interpersonal and intrapersonal conflicts, Person-Centered Therapy- as a non-directive approach to talk therapy, Gestalt Therapy to increase a person’s awareness, freedom and self-direction, last but not least Jungian Therapy to utilize the client’s instinctual motivation for psychological development in addition to those of love and power.
