My experience of working with clients of varying ages provides a unique prospective on stages of development and how life experiences can manifest across a lifespan. I believe in the need to adapt to the changing needs of the client. I am not only here to meet you where you are at, but explore where you desire to go. We are all capable of growth and change. I’m here to collaborate with you to develop and utilize the necessary tools to navigate those desires.
My approach is straightforward, person-centered, and strength-based. Techniques from various therapies are incorporated respectively to address addiction struggles, anxiety, depression, self esteem, grief and loss, trauma and PTSD. I believe it’s important to work on the mind-body connection to optimize well-being and foster a deeper understanding of self.
Our past does not have to determine our future. I look forward to working with you to become the best version of yourself!
