I have trained and learned from some of the top anxiety specialists in the field. I like to utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Therapies and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I love to travel and see the world! I enjoy yoga, the beach, and cooking. I also really love adorable animals.
