I'm in the process of receiving my Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work. I have first-hand knowledge of the impact of unresolved mental health problems. I utilizes Emotional Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques regularly with clients to effectively aid in successfully coping of mental health struggles. I have devoted my life to helping those struggling with their mental health as I know what it feels like to be in the depths of darkness.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I am a published author, a mental health speaker, artist, and a yoga instructor! I love creating and the endless possibilities that come with it.
