As a compassionate yet solution focused therapist, I find great joy in helping my clients to overcome some of life's toughest challenges. My approach is to meet you wherever you may be, and walk you through the process of genuine healing through meaningful and long-lasting change.
For over a decade I have worked directly with clients and their families in a multitude of capacities. My work began with behavioral modification programs which led me to pursuing my credentials in applied behavioral analysis and fostered my passion for behavioral therapies. I later went on to obtain my degrees in clinical psychology, while maintaining a focus on creating meaningful change for my clients. Over time I have found that by combining evidenced based practices with traditional therapies, I am able to help my clients on their path to fulfilling their highest potential.
In addition to being a therapist, I am a nationally certified personal trainer and wellness coach. I have taught organic gardening and "fun fitness" classes around the country and enjoy exploring new ways to incorporate health into my daily life
